Accessing the My NutriPlace website implies acceptance of the following provisions without reservation.

Definitions:
IP address: an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider when you browse the Internet.
Cookie: A small file stored on a client's workstation that allows a website to record information every time it is visited by the client, thus making it easy to track the client's movements from one page of the site to another. This technology guarantees anonymity on those pages of the site that do not require your authentication and can be deactivated.

1. Property

The present website (hereafter referred to as the ‘Site’), accessible at the URL address www.mynutriplace.com and its various sub-domains, is the property of L2B Marketing & Communication (hereafter referred to as ‘L2B’), a limited liability company with capital of 1,000 euros, registered on the RCS trade and companies register of Paris, the head office of which is located at 14 rue Gabriel Lamé – 75012 Paris – France.

3. Content & Representation

The Site content (hereafter referred to as the ‘Content’) refers to the general structure of the Site, the URL address at which it is accessible, the corresponding domain name, the visual identity of the Site, the texts, images, both animated and still, and sounds it features, and the My Nutriplace brands and logos.

Any full or partial reproduction of the Site or its Content by any means possible without the prior and express authorisation of My Nutriplace is illegal in accordance with Article L.122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code and constitute forgery sanctioned by Articles L.335-2 and following of said code.

The same applies to the extraction and/or full or partial use of any databases that might feature on the Site that are the property of My Nutriplace in its capacity as producer and are therefore protected in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.341-1 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

4. User license

In connecting to the Site the Internet-user visiting the Site (hereafter referred to as the ‘Visitor’) accepts that My Nutriplace is granting them a licence to use the Content that is strictly limited to the following essential conditions:

the license is granted on a non-exclusive basis;
the usage rights granted to the Visitor are personal and private, meaning that any reproduction of the Content of the Site in any format for collective or professional use, even within the company, is prohibited. The same applies to the communication of any of its Content by electronic means, including circulating it on the company's intranet or extranet systems;
the usage rights include only authorisation to reproduce for storage purposes, to be displayed on a single-station screen, and to reproduce in a single copy, to be saved and/or printed in paper format;
under no circumstances should the pages of the Site be included in or interlinked with the pages of another website. Failure to observe these provisions leaves the violator liable to criminal and civil penalties in accordance with French law.

5. Personal information

The Visitor is required to observe the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (hereafter referred to as the 'Data Protection Act'), violation of which is subject to criminal penalties. All Visitors must refrain from collecting any personal information to which they might have access and to avoid any fraudulent use thereof or any action likely to impact upon the private lives or reputations of others.

The collection and processing by My Nutriplace of information of a personal nature pertaining to its clients has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés ('French Data Protection Authority', CNIL).

In accordance with Articles 38 to 40 of the Data Protection Law, the Visitor is entitled to access, oppose and rectify and information relating to them and may exercise this right by emailing the My Nutriplace Customer Services Department at contact@mynutriplace.com

6. Brands

The brands and logos featured on the Site are trademarks of My Nutriplace or its partners. Any full or partial reproduction of these brands or logos without the prior and express authorisation of their owners is prohibited.

7. Internet links

Any insertion of hypertext links (hereafter referred to as a 'Link') to the Site from other websites or personal pages is prohibited without the prior and express authorisation of My Nutriplace. Under no circumstances should links be inserted in any context that might prove detrimental to My Nutriplace. In any case, My Nutriplace reserves the right to request that any Link inserted in a third-party site be removed. My Nutriplace cannot be held responsible for the content of Links provided from the Site to other resources found on the Internet. My Nutriplace may provide links from its site to other affiliated or unaffiliated sites. These sites are independent; My Nutriplace does not publish or control these sites. Under no circumstances does a link to any other site constitute any approval or partnership between My Nutriplace and the site in question. This being the case, My Nutriplace cannot be held responsible for their content, products or advertising or any other component or service featured on the sites in question. We would remind you that both affiliated and unaffiliated sites are subject to their own conditions of use and data protection policies.

8. Browsing support

The Visitor is informed that a cookie may be automatically installed on their browsing software in order to ensure the smoothing running of certain dynamic pages; this cookie does not make it possible to identify the visitor but does record information regarding their movements around the Site (and in particular the pages they have visited, along with the date and time of the visit), information to which My Nutriplace may have access when the user visits the site in the future. My Nutriplace informs the Visitor that they may oppose the recording of cookies by configuring their computer as follows:

In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 you are entitled to exercise your individual right to access, challenge, oppose or rectify the information My Nutriplace gathers and holds about you.

The client is informed that this information may be used by My Nutriplace for commercial purposes and passed on to commercial partners. The client then has the option of opposing the use of said information at any time and at no expense other than that pertaining to informing the aforementioned department of the refusal.

My Nutriplace may use your IP address in cooperation with your Internet service provide in order to identify you should it be considered necessary to enforce the conditions governing its use or to protect its services or clients, or even at the request of the legal authorities.
